hello guys

this is some pics of the new skunk

i have do 3 weeks of grow on 400mh and after 77 days of bloom on 600 hps
i have use 4 liters by plant of cellmax organic potting soil with 250ml of bloom cellmax and 500ml of plagron alga bloom for the entire cycle

the plant was cut at 50% brown pistil to 80% for the most advence plant

I just cut them and now they dry up

the buds are big and there is not a lot of leaves to remove for the curing

the smell is a classic skunk with + or - intensity

I have noticed 2 phenotypes 1 with big bud and strong odeur and 1 a smaller head (but still big) has finer smell this pheno has more leaf to remove curing

they are similarity between the phenotype with big head and the g13Xskunk and also the masterkuskxskunk

but the odeur look more strong on the new skunk

now the pics

tchuss

surprised to see how sativa they look in the bud structure.
or knowing the genetic makeup, i should be more surprised how much indica influence
all the old skunk has had.
77 days of flowering seems pretty long for skunk. for the old skunk at least.

It's so exciting to see the New Skunk stuff.
That calyx to leaf ratio is very nice. Not the Bud structure I was expecting either but it's still gorgeous.

Can't wait to hear how they smoke!
Nice work quinxstar

Stay hazed

exactly

i see the sex of the plant 2 weeks after i pass on 12/12

so 3weeks + 2weeks = 5weeks for sexing

G `day Q

Congrats on the harvest .

With a longer veg time you would probably see more secondary branching as well .

Do you have cuttings ? Pollen ?

Look fwd to some smoke reports .

Thanks for sharin

no roadkill for me a classic skunk noting special

just one i like more than the other but it's hard to discrebe the taste
a kind of embittering (amertume) not sure of the word

its' the new skunk G i have keep a cut

Good looking grow Quinxstar. That's not the bud structure I expected from these seeds.

How is the high on your keeper? Is the odor strong and penetrating?

finaly i will not keep it i have not place enought

the weed was a medium hight

the odor is not strong like i will expect

Hi there, nice grow! Can see some similarities between the line and the "shit" line. Sorry you didn't find what you were looking for. If it was me I would be growing out the clones and evaluating from them. The plants would be more mature and give you a better look at the line. Anyway, great grow. Peace .Sensient

i just see the question to day sorry

the temperature was hot

Thanks for the reply mate.
That's kind of what I expected.

Hot rooms kill terps and cause stringy growth.
Impact on potency as well.

A second run in proper temps would probably make a big difference.
May not find any of them are keepers still, but at least you'd know what the real potential of the plants was.

all the best.

i run it outdoor one clone of the 9 females the weed was not terrible

smokable but nothing special they are lot of mister nice strain above

maybe is the worst i have try

I was watching a video on Utube and one guy explained how at one time marketing supplies was all about visual pheno types and it makes sense.
High times 20 years ago had pictures in centerfold and covers of very nice looking flowers and that was all geared for marketing grow supplies but that has nothing to do with quality or aroma of flowers.
He went on to say that smoking good flowers has a whole different experience than concentrates,hash,etc.... and that breeders need to breed for aroma not looks to get great cannabis.
