Hi Sensimilla13,

We didn't flowered out the mother completely.
the seed plant was growing outside. we took some clones (kept these inside under 18/6 for the new mothers) and looked what sex the mother outside was.
But with our climate it's not possible to flower her out totally.

I think clones will finish faster than seed plants.
Also when you grow them on soil it can take some longer than hydro grow.
The Nev on soil I grow could go for at least 2 weeks longer.

Peace,

Thank you for sharing your grow and some awsome pics.I love photo number seven, just awsome my friend.
Btw,have you heard (from a Aussie Doctor) telling on TV that smoking hydro is moore bad to you health then soilgrown herb? And why would hydrogrown herb be moore "dangerous"?

Choose Positive
People,places,events just "are".
They have no meaning until YOU give them meaning.
You choose how to react to it and what it will mean to you.
Good,bad,beautiful,ugly,indiffrent.You choose.
Why choose negative when you can just as easily choose posistive?

Regarding soil vs hydro , others noticed that soil is a bit slower too and I think this is usually the case but not always and an experienced soil grower can certainly make those differences smaller and closer to zero. Personally I like to grow organically but use a highly aerated medium that consists of 1/3 soil, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coco and the growth is faster than straight soil yet the maintenance is minimum unlike a lot of hydro setups. Like you guys said in the end its all about what works best for you and as seen in practice both hydro and soil can give top results in the hands of experienced growers that have mastered their technique , both regarding yield and quality.

By the way even though my Nevs female did not have that orange flavor my NevsMango were orange like in smell/taste , so interesting to read that esp so since I don't remember reading that description from other NH growers . And btw such orange smell or burnt orange smell was very common in a lot of great landrace sats I used to smoke when bit younger.

again great results with your ladies , thanks for sharing

Excellent job DD, you've did this girl justice. This is a line with some patience and selection, that carries a reputation very few, if any strains, can measure up too. Keep up the good work

Default me patience and perseverance was rewarded

Yooo All,

I think this is the right place where I can tell the story about me grower history.
(sorry for me bad English)

Well, I'm smoking the Haze already 17 years (every day)
I was real lucky to meet people who where growing the OSH strains the hydro way. And woow they could grow, Unbelievable that good !!!
So, I started, about 10 years ago, to grow also like the way they did, with their knowledge and experience. I thought it would be way to cool to grow me own herb
I've tried it (maybe 15 times) and it NEVER worked out well.
The plants wouldn't grow and they got yellow leafs real soon and no yield at al.
I've tried almost everything and me fellow growers gave me all the best advise they could give! (still loads of thnx for that, dudes!)
I even got the old floor out and put a new one in because we thought the old one was giving some poison gas.
1 run I got all the water I use from a friend, transported by car in those 30L bottles.
But nothing helped
I've got real sad, disappointed, depressed, angry, confused, ...
The only thing that kept me standing up (beside me friends!) was that I still could grow some plants outside.
Last years I focused on growing outside and experienced with making clones and keep mothers alive.
Until last year I moved.
At that time a friend also noticed me about MNS forum.
It is amazing to see you people growing this nice strains, I've already learned so much by reading your posts (BIG Thnx to you All!!!!)
And we got some beans!!!!
I almost cracked my brains to get the solution for me problems with inside grows. And I thought I found it!???
So I decided to start again growing inside this winter/spring.
AND THIS TIME IT WORKED!!!

SO DO NOT GIVE UP, FINALLY ALL WILL BE WELL!

Peace,
