cheers fellas, think i'll start them off under hps and finish under MH

ive read most of the NH grow logs and they are very good and informative. Only prob is, i notice how bad my grow is once ive read them, for example

heres the 3 females in tiny little containers

and the roots

and once topped, roots trimmed, potted up and given a good feed 1.5ml/l of canna coco nutes

and heres the final 6

didnt get the nutes to them in time again, so a bit of nute deficiency

i was going to wait until the nodes alternated before taking cuttings, but i think i'll take a couple from each plant before they've matured and flower them once rooted just as a test run/ reccee so i know what ive left myself in for when i do a full grow

thanks for dropping by everyone and thanks for the help

nice one man

Your Nevs look great

cant help notice how much the little ones stretched even with rootspace restriction hehe Good job cutting them back, now with so much root they will explode

As for deficiencies , well when growing a new variety I think its better to leave the plants show signs of def before you add nutes instead of having them get burned and then have to correct the prob , at least with the Nevs which are picky and don't like food as much as other plants

Keep us updated and thanks for the pics

nice,

just so you know for future, the first pics of yellowing could be from rootbound, the pots look a little small for 4-5 weeks

Yeah yellowing may be due to them being rootbound and/or they need some fert.

Other than that they look fine mate , looking forward to seeing how they grow for you.

Did you transplant them in larger pots ? If not I 'd personally suggest you do so asap mate , and consider topping or using a training method to keem em short n bushy. They ll yield better in bigger pots

thanks for the updates

Hi BillyBadGrower,

So far you don’t look such a bad gardener as you claim

Plants are looking nice apart from the small yellowing… witch as being said can be caused by plants being rootbound or by lack of nutes. Either way, nothing complicated to solve

I was always used to veg my Neville’s in 1 gallon pots; their growth was explosive and I didn’t had to worry about feeding them for 8 weeks
