As far as THC treatment for glaucoma goes, I talked about this with my Ophthalmologist the last time I saw him. There is a misconception according to him about THC reducing eye pressure which causes glaucoma. While it is true that while you are HIGH, eye pressure is reduced, but only when you are high on THC. Meaning when you are not high on weed, your eye pressure will revert back to whatever it was before. In his opinion the net effect of THC is minimal at best in reducing glaucoma, as it only temporarily reduces eye pressure.

That said, he also said if you want to light up, go ahead. It will not make your glaucoma any worse.
