Default Liquid nitrogen/freeze drying

Hey folks,
I am curious to know if anyone here is experienced in freeze drying their product, and in particular using liquid nitrogen? Due to limited time in location i have a very small window to deal with harvest and drying. This window could be as small as 4 days. Plants to be harvested moreso for hash production.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Seems I might be a little late but fresh frozen bubble hash is supposed to be the best if you are only after the hash.

Very simple you want to trim the fan leaves freeze the buds and make bubble hash. Bubbleman actually has a video from Jamaica all he did was picked out a plant from a field through it in ice and water let it sit for 15 minutes or so and gave it hell. Of course you will need bubble bags the cheap all mesh ones work great as you can see in my avatar also have another picture of the full harvest of the bubble hash should be in my gallery.

hey bm
how r things ?

i have to reject this idea, just because of the simple fact, that water washes a part of the terpens away, while extreme shock frosting keeps em all intact ...

the problem until now was, that every dry ice hash maker was overwhelmed by the shear amount of kief falling through the (often too big mesh sizes imho) bags, and they were just watching color contamination, not head to stalk ratios .. yep the quit when something creen comes throuh ... and it always will with shock frosted material, its just the nature of things ...
but anyways, thats not a problem anymore with the static dvd parchment paper cleaning tech .. it utilizes the best of both worlds, giving you the most kief starting material and by that you have the chance to clean it all up to 99% heads

well, thats what i would do

dont get me wrong, i have to try the 99% .. havent had time n space, but until then 70 micron bubble, got me the highest until now .. higher than any concentrate .. or mixed jelly hash derivates .. still my logic cant explain how or why ...

sorry im a bit out of the loop.

could you elaborate on "static dvd parchment paper cleaning tech"?
First I heard of that and the statement that it "combines the best of both worlds" in terms of kief making peaked my interest.

At the moment the only kief I make is during harvest from my DIY ghetto trim tray and what is in my grinder.

But I have considered a pure kief run yet couldn't really decide what technique to use as I put quality over quantity and always ended up with making bubble hash instead.

Yeah, I like the taste of bubble hash but dry sieve is a little better but charras is great for sure too probably the only way to retain the true terpine profile and it's been used since BC times and for good reason.

Only problem is you need a whole lot of weed.
