Default Water Curing

I'm curious about your opinions on water curing - do you think it's worth the loss in weight and taste for the cleaner, healthier high?

I water cure about 3/4 of anything I grow. You do lose a lot of the taste and weight but your not sucking down chlorophyll and bug remains either. I did it because of health reasons and I just grow for myself and use a vaporizer. Sometimes I'll add some concentrate to vanilla extract/190 alcohol and put a few drops on my weed, the alcohol dissipates quickly, adds taste and kick. You cough 90%+ less, thats a biggy for me. I do the 7 day water cure and that take everything out just about, yeh...I like it, be sure that you use really good water, don't use well water that's 500ppm, mines is about 65ppm.

Thanks for the hands-on information! It seems like a much healthier option and I've mostly heard positive response to it.

Default Water?

The terpenes are essential to to the benefits we get from cannabis. I think it would be better to grow organic with living soil and vaporize. How could anything be healthier? I do want to know. Once you are know your strains and selections well enough to have just the right amount of castings and guano to finish as it should, the leaves turning yellow. Never feed with salts.

I'm curious if your water curing why not just make cold water hash instead.
It would be more steps but you can probably filter out pests and washed trichomes are better than the ones that went down the drain.
