Default Super Silver Haze???

hi there,
just wondering why my new beans turned out into something that has nothin' to do with the SSH i knew from 2002. What happened to this strain? It doesn't really look like what it was, doesn't smell like what it was and it's way to fast. At the end i feel very disappointed. I have an 'original' Motherplant which i kept all the years but i will never buy this strain again...

At the End i'm not sure if they fooled me with that but this is a difference like day and night

how many plants did you see of the old version?

just wondering if you had a good hazey plant before, and now you just had the luck of finding more NL5 and Skunk dominant plants.
because that would certainly explain different tastes, smells, highs, leaves, buds, flowering times etc.

one thing that has me curious about this cross.
i had a great jack herer, it took 67 days, and i thought that was long back then.
If the mother is C5 and takes 90 days, then does that mean the quickness i experienced came from the father side, or just out of the genepool of possibilities.
even if you had a "couple" where both male and female took "90 days" flowering cycle, what would the chances of faster plants showing up just because of the nl5 and skunk genes in there, even if they werent as dominant in the parents.

I have always preferred the Mango. I did like the yields of SSH just not the effect as much. Consequently, I did not continue teasing out the SSH. In the end, I judge good medicine not necessarily by the name. Try the Mango. I don’t know anyone who has been disappointed in this fine hybrid.
