Default Dealing With Drainage

I don't have drainage in my grow area. I was wondering what kind of clever ways people have learned to manage/dispose of excess run off when watering plants. I can think of lots of reasons one would not want to leave that water sitting in the drainage trays such as humidity problems, bugs, slime, etc.

I went to the dollar store and bought a bunch of these plastic tubs that I put the flowering plants in. I swap them out after the water is done draining and dump the run off in the toilet and clean out the tubs to be used the next time.

They work great - no more mess on the floor. I elevate them inside of the containers when I have too many to take to the tub to leech.
I use a small trash can or a 5 gallon bucket to dump the run off into when I have leeched the soil to make it easier to carry without spills..

The containers are like 16" x 10" and are about 8 inches deep.

I use those plastic under-the-bed storage tubs for my veg and clone areas to keep the floors dry and clean.

It may not be the best method, but it is cheap and it works for me.

I have bad knees, back, ankles - every fucking joint is bad. Not having to scrub the floors as often is a big plus.

If you can find one or two of these, they're the cat's meow. It has a 3/8" flex hose for drainage. Especially handy when your plant(s) become unmovable.
