I use straight Coco for cloning with a 25W CFL.

In this work one needs to plan at least two harvests ahead.

During the day, rooted clones stay in the flowering room with the big gals.
Hi OjoRojo,

I really like you're baby room!
That's the real Mcgyver style
Keep up the good work

^^^

Sincerely appreciate that my friend!

The motto for growers seems to be:

"Adapt and overcome"...LOL

I've decided to use a 400W MH for the following days and perhaps the rest of flowering.

If I had my way I would include another 400W MH to the equation but current set up limits such approach.

Following some close up pics showing bud development.

Hello Mr.Howie,

I surely hope to smoke some properly cured bud as soon as possible! LOL

No, I don't surf... but DO like the beach life style and would love to kayak fish in the near future.

Perhaps find a quiet ex-pat beach with good folks and nice fishing...

Default Please excuse my absence

Dear friends,

I was lucky enough to get a rather nasty case of real flu.

During the last few days I've been barely able to tend to the plants... body ache and fever with chills makes getting out of bed a real chore.

Hopefully I'll be able to give you fine folks a nice update by next Monday.

So you little peepers and lurkes can get your fill!

Best,

Ojo

Hi OjoRojo,

Hope you get better soon!!!

Nice looking buds you got there man
they seem to be finishing soon i assume?

Did you put in the MH bulb?
I'm running the MH me hole run and must say: maybe some loss of yield but gives high quality mj.

Looking forward to your update,

Take Care,

Hello,

For the last past days I've been watering plants with just plain water.

Waiting for trichs to get a little milkier and buds to deepen in coloration.

I do feel I am close to the end...

Please take a look

Hello DD,

Yes, I did use the MH... but need to modify the reflector so I can use 2 400W MH instead of just one.

800W MH would be very nice to have handy.

Thanks!

Hi OjoRojo,

looking great!!

yes 400W is indeed a minimum, 800W would be real nice.
but also gives twice a much heat.

in future (maybe this winter) i'm going to try with the 600W.
therefore i only need a 600W vsa and a bulb.

Good Luck and Happy Harvest,

Peace,

Default Harvest

Hello folks!

All plants were harvested several days ago and have been drying (slowly).

I conducted harvesting after keeping plants in darkness for 48 straight hours.

For future consideration:

This plant benefits from shorter light cycles during flowering. A 10/14 regime reduces vertical growth and shortens overall flowering time.

SCROG and topping seems to be the best option for future growths.
