SOG or scroll for Medan???

I found a great pheno and I'll either use a sog or scroll.
Medman buds up nicely like an indica so I don't think it's main cola dominant but I'm not sure.
For best outcome would a sog or scrog be better?
I bent down branches on my last grow and buds fill out nicely so a scrog should work.
I think for CSlunk sog would be ideal or would it work for Medan?

I think Medicine Man goes well for SOG and SCROG...
