My not yet so stealthy stealth cab 220w pl-l

Hello! This is my first grow, the plants are from a pack of Dreamtime. In a cab measuring about 97x70x40 cm with four 55w pl-l's. Got a computer fan for exhaust which is no where near enough to get the heat out, so for the moment, cab is open.

Using soil mixed with perlite, starting in small pots eventually going up to 3 liter air-pots. Took some cuttings 4 days ago they have not yet rooted. Used clonex and rockwool without nutes. Also using GHE with Lucas formula and a drop or two of Superthrive.

Issues right now: heat,but have solved temporarily at least. pH is off, too high i think. Don't have means of measuring yet. Bugs, I think root aphids. Have seen some fast fliers. Carbon filter not installed.

Here's a not-so happy shot. Many of the old leaves look like this. I think my water is too soft and too high pH.

Did you pick off the part that died or is that just how they look, do you have any animals cats or dogs that could have ate some of the leaves?

Hi, thats how they looked. And yes, i caught my cat eating on a plant today and I haven't seen the problem develop further. Also got a simple pH-test kit and will be feeding with half strenght nutes from now on.
