No fimming. never even tried it in my whole life. she wasnt even topped. the many branches are a result of the scrog screen. essentially the plant is spread out over a trellis so that she evenly distributes growth to all tops and also lets light to all the new shoots as she grows. you can get many heads this way.

that one was vegged about 5-6 weeks i think.

edit:- actually i forgot this one was pruned back a little when i got home from holidays because she grew too much

i am familiar with murray he is one of the people that showed me fruiting plants can yiled in aquaponics. great stuff.

as for the potassium, i will be switching to potassium hydroide as soon as i ca find some because my PH is getting down to around 5.6 whihc is great for the plants but not so god for the fish and potassium hydroxide will raise PH.

i have been adding around 1g potassium sulphate to every 10l of fresh water i add.

i have around 7 goldfish about 6 inches long. i could easily grow 2 plants this size with that many fish though.

i feed them as much as they will eat in a siiting. you dont want food floating around in the system. and i feed them 4 times a day with organic fish feed. i use an automatic feeder so it takes all the work out of it. i give them an extra feed here and there 2
