Question Critical haze widow germination problems?

Hi just wondering if anyone has had germination problems with critical haze widow.
I put 4 In paper towels and had no action whilst 3 other strains (12 seeds) sprouted fine.

I've personally germed 3 packs that were ordered in the last year. A friend of mine germed some Walkabout from the same order. No issues.

Are you scuffing the seeds? That can help a whole lot. I use a pill bottle with a piece of course sandpaper cut so that it covers the curved side with the grit facing the interior. I put the beans in it and hike/walk around for a day. It breaks up the waxy coat, especially along the seam. I have seen an increase of germ rates from 0/10 to 10/10 in at least one batch of c99.
