Planted 10 Ortega seeds on April 28, and on May 1st all germinated.
They're currently in my bathtub under a T5 48 fixture, all new 6400K bulbs.
Still early days, these photos taken yesterday, veg day 7. I'll update weekly with photos. Happy growing to all!

Any info on the size, color, and # of seeds would be greatly appreciated...your babies look very happy...nice, clean setup...cleanliness is next to godliness...jay:)

Bathtub's the best for cleanliness, gets rinsed daily, and acts as a great reflector for side lighting, only thing lacking is low RH, gotta setup my humidifier tonight.
I received 18 seeds, they are dark and mid-sized seeds, wanted to plant them all but kept space for some G13 Skunk seeds that I planted yesterday. The G13 Skunk seeds by comparison are small and very light, let you know how they do soon, due to germinate May 11-12, planted 10 of them also. Received 21 G13 Skunk seeds

hey man glad to see someone else startin this.... now we can get some early accounts of this new MNS strain(im not sure how much this differs from the clones being passed around on the west coast... but ive been told this is the ortega clone red and breeder steve used for LUI.
anyway good luck bro theyre lookin good.... hopefully down the road we can compare some notes....

well mm my chair already pulled up mate. got a pack of g13xskunk in the fridge but doing the g13xwidow cuts i have and a few other's strains before i run them again. still got a g13xskunk indica mother though so might take a few cuts from here to try a second run with it later. ortega is a strain that has to go on my to get list next time i order seeds. so watching your grow closely mm. good luck with them though i don't think you will need any luck mate. the g13xskunk i grow practically grow it's self but i did remove sativas from my room to make the grow a little easyer.

Hey MM, nice plants. :)
I have 10 babies of this strain too (i got 22 seeds).
Seeds was putted directly to soil mix on 19. april.
They are in greenhouse now.
I will try them outdoor together with 11 plants of Master Kush Skunk.
I will start my own thread in future. ;)

Gotta say I'm glad I decided to check these forums.
All MNS Journals are wicked.
Especially since I've planned on going with these seeds all along.
 
Veg Day 9

Gave em their first taste of DM Gold Grow, Cannazyme and Rhizotonic. Foliar fed once with H&G's Magic Green. There's still 10 of em, one just didn't fit for the photo. They're sharing the tub with some soon to be Cheese trees.

How did you get the Ortega seeds?

How do i get ortega beans from Shanti? I would love to grow his instead of Dutch Passions.

Still feeding them half strength DM Gold, Cal Mag, Cannazyme and Rhizotonic.
Posting a photo taken yesterday and another taken today, 16 and 17 days since germination. They're beginning to grow quickly now, a few more days and I'll transplant into 6 litre pots.

Those are looking good medman. I just sprouted 10 of mine. They almost all look exactly the same very uniform plants. I can't wait to see these once there bigger.
