And on that note i'm finished growing after today being diagnosed with a shadow on my left lung caused through smoking.

So it's been nice while it lasted but as of today i've quit smoking both cigarettes and the herb so i don't see the point no more in wasting my time growing

I Eat It , Normally With Yogurt ( Made Up 24 Hours In Advance ) .Along With Some Bran , I Normally Feel It's Effects In 45 Minutes - 1 Hour .
With Good Herb I Feel Stoned For Most Of The Day ( Sativa Getting Me Up And Active , And Indica The Exact Opposite.
I Have Had No Stomach Complaints Or Cramps .

woah I missed the replies on this and sorry I did..

JKP I still love your dogs - I wish I could show pics of our old Great Dane but its a very distinctive Neopolitan Great Dane and it would not be hard to point it back to us -

I finally managed to draw cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter and reduce the damn damp issue we have in the bathroom - I connected a vent to the ceiling in the bathroom and then some 5" ducting to a 5" RVK up in the loft - Its a bit noisy when the RVK kicks in but It works really well.

About a year ago I made an addition to my life in the loft. My kids are getting older and I don't really want them to see me growing all over the house. I did pretty much exactly the same as I did on the main side but its a bit bigger but a bit harder to get to as the chimney stack is in the way. I could have sworn I had pictures on some forum somewhere. I deffo dont have any after my "security scare" on any of my computers.. hrmmm now where are they.. If I find them I will post em up..

That is some sad news. Thank you for sharing, I was thinking about buying a vaporizer, and now I'm positive. Maybe grow some other kinds of plants? Basil is always fun :\ Take care man.
