My critical haze journey

Nice looking seedlings . Feed them they look hungry. šŸ˜Ž
bottom leaf die off and leaf tips are curling under tells me hungry plants.
Not transpiring properly. May need to increase exhaust ventilation in the flower room.
A good rule of thumb to follow
Pull 10-15% more air out of the grow room then you pump into it. This creates a mini vacuum on the leaf stomata and keeps it open so the plant transpires properly.
Check your plant temperature by touch the leaf. If it is warm to the touch it has issues.
If it is cool to the touch even on hot summer days out doors it is transpiring properly.
This took me a while to learn but it makes a big difference indoors.

View attachment 46699these are the 4 females .
And does anyone know if the plants later to show preflowers are usually male or female? Still waiting on 2 to show . @musashi @Tom bolenate do you know by chance. Would be interesting I am going to transplant the females tomorrow

I have seen all manner depending on variety and environmental conditions. I have had late females show after some of the males. I have had males show earlier due to stress, ie root bound, etc. But generally, I believe nature in an effort to continue, provides fertile females first. In extreme conditions, some will herm to ensure their survival.

Thanks I was just wondering . I find it weird that these 2 aren't showing yet . Hahah may be longer flowering varieties. All good anyway. The ones I transplanted are doing well so I am happy . No transplant shock . Usually don't have anyway.

Looks like #4and5 may be female as well . Will transplant those soon . And one I thought looked male maybe female as well if that's the case 7 of 10 are female . My bro asked for a plant so I may give him one of those not transplanted yet. Or a clone of some quick kush I am cloning. Not sure yet.

Transplanted 3 more females of the bunch making 7 total females out of 10 . Also transplanted one male into a larger container just in case I want some pollen lol .

Things are looking good in here islandgrower, you mentioned taking cuttings, might be an idea to top them and use the tops for clones. Also the medium looks very dry, I'd be aiming to keep the medium moist most of the time, also it's best to water in the plants after potting them on. Best of luck with the grow bud!

Thanks the soil was moister when I transplanted them however to get the roots to venture out I water in a circle around them wider each day . The soil drains well . But soaking down the pots now can have the opposite effect . From 1/2 gallon to 5/7gallon is a big jump . Next two days they will get a proper watering/feeding.
