Afghan Haze at 40 days into Flower

G'day all,

Here's a few pics of my 4 x AfHz plants.

They have been growing in a small Silver Mylar type tent (1.2m Sq x 2m high), along with 5 x Nevil hazes.

Lights Mixed, 1 x 400 W MH & 1 x 400 W HPS

Media; 100% Perlite

Nut's; Dutch Master Gold A & B Grow & Flower.

Mountain Air CF/Ezi Flo Ventilation/fan with silencer & small Oscillating fan

This is my first Hydro grow

Hand watered every 2 days @ 600ml/ plant in 9 Liter pots & flushed every10 days

looking nice bushy. Its nice to see some pics of plants again on mr.nice. Seems like not many people are doing grow diarys anymore?

Hi All & Cheer's

These plants were all from seed

9 Very nice looking seeds, paper towel method gave 100% germination all had sprouted in the first 18 hrs

All showed sex by 4 days of 12:12

Ive been feeding these plants very aggressively.

I starved them for the first 10 days until they had exhausted the stores in the dicotyledons..... from germination fed water only, then started with light feeds & waited.... watched the response...

@ KL I think I had the Veg dialed, but fucked up in the second week of flower when the little push became a huge shove I have lost a heap of big leaves that were burnt off this will have an -ve impact on yeild imo.

I have just been using tap water only and feeding DMG from 2ml/L upto 5ml/L currently feeding 3ml/L.

I have all my test equipment still packed away in storage so the pH must be in a good range as I have seen no deficiencies from lock out.

The reason that I chose to use Dutch Master Gold was after reading a thread from Cannatari & looking at a grow by Medicine Man growing some Ortega

So I'm very happy with the results to date.

@ Elmer B, I am running both Lamps at the same time Ive only ever used HPS Burning a Phillip's SON-T- Agro... so thought Id throw a MH in the mix as Hazes like the bluer light.

I post some pis of the Nevil's Hazes soon, some of them look are starting to look fucking loverly
