Original Nordle from Clone

Now I didn't know what to call this strain because officially there is no name for it and it was never re-created. Only one seed out of all the seeds sent out ever germinated and that was female.

According to Shanti its a cross between Afghan T and Skunk 1 Old Version.

After some questioning on the forums it seems like it is pretty much the 'original recipe' Nordle so thats what we I be calling it.

I have wanted to grow this strain for a real long time and after a long time I managed to get a cutting.

The Plant has been sat in my veg room now for quite some time and has had a bit off stress because of the cold weather but I managed to spot the problem as the plant was displaying some weird leaf problems. Out of all the mothers in my collection, this plant was the hardiest and only suffered slight stressing and I am glad I spotted the problem early.

Last night I decided to take some clones as Its going to be 4 weeks till I have a spot clear in my grow room. I am not sure if I am going to run them in 100% hydro or run them in Coco.

The plant itself really is nice. Very uniform leaves and the spacing is real nice too. The smell is real hard to explain. It stinks pretty bad thats for sure but the main aroma I got was almost a fruit chutney kind of smell?

My cat usually does not bother me when messing with my plants but this time she was all over the plant trying to get a good sniff.

well in the "Who is Scott Blakey" video Shanti points at a plant and says its SuperSkunk which is Afghan with a slight mix of mexican and something else (I can't remember exact wording) I believe is what he says about his SuperSkunk...ckeck out the video on you tube as i'm guessing the SuperSkunk may be the mother in the Shit cross but this is only my speculation after seeing the video...it seems to me Shanti had one in possession at least during the time that small video clip was made...it may just be a plant in his Harem that is for strictly flower production or it could be a mother used in crosses, all this is my on speculation and I could be very wrong!

I was chatting to Shanti last night and asked him what he would have called this strain and he told me its called Nordle Just the first version.

So will need to change this thread name.. Where is Admini when you need him..

It's the holiday season,and this week is generally relaxed as many old friends find their way home to see parents and friends for the holidays,this is the week to spend having a few drinks and puffs ....I love it!


So in my holiday mood,,,I'll smile and ask a question..

If Scotty just in the last year or two broke out these old beans and created new seed stock from old genetics.

Where does this clone come from? and what is the story?
Did Nev or Scotty toos a handful of these to somebody else earlier and this was selected and circulated?

And is it from the same grab of beans that Scotty just used? being either P1 parents or the same line in general.
