We'll find out Wed 27th, watch this one closely as it is on the Fed level.
They say (folks against it) that they're affraid of how juvs would approach this thinking theres not much penalty for engaging w/mj. Which is BS & we know juvs much prefer pills now a days to be honest not to mention all the dealers who write the persciptions! Anyways with light tweaks of the orig bill due to bitching from repubs, basically penalty fine increases the opposing commitee will now see it voted on. To be honest, both in CHI & NY & everywhere, the best way to get the support of your city suits & those who oppose a bill for mj or to decriminalize, is to get the majority support of your police force collectively. Last, If you have a high & increasing crime rate, you should be held accountable up to the level of mayor for not fully exhausting all resources to effectively resolve the problem of this many LEOs hours spent on minor posessions while murder rates have more than dbld in half the time it took all last year! Anybody oppose to a bill for decriminalization which is IMPOSSIBLE to not do good for any community, should no longer stand behind ANY worries of our society as an excuse since all dangers already passed the dangers & results of MJ. We are at the point of Cantelopes & candidates who are more harmful. Shit, txting alone has proly caused more danger. Point is, there is nothing to be affraid of except your representitives & they are voted it, are they not..... -SD
