Wow, Utah was green, and cool, and looked like a supersized version of Vermont. Then I left Salt Lake City ~11:30. August 4th. No air. Fukk that desert.

Leaving Salt Lake, things look...different...

Never thought I'd be so glad to see Nevada. One cool thing about the ride on Rt 80, all of the landscapes change almost as soon as the states do. The lines look all made up on a map, but in real life it makes sense where one stops and the next starts.

Yo MrMr, what's good! The point is just that this board needs to be actively moderated. It worked well with no supervision when it was all adults with a REAL interest in growing, but now it's 1/2 kids or people who could really give 2 shits if they have a place to log and share their grows/techniques/ideas. The addition of those people (even though in reality it's probably a handfull, not '1/2') makes moderation a necessity, IMO. It pissed me off that the board was shut down last week, and it was because of some bullshit back and forth cause people want to be 'heard' on the internet.

Nevada. Hit Nevada ~4ish. Sun didn't quit till like 8 o'clock. Only pics from the tolerable sections of the ride. Utah and Nevada are no-joke-hot. The midwest was muggy as fukk, and I was forced to sit a few hrs out in IL due to couldn't sit in traffic with the ol' red dog & no a/c. But the desert is straight up an oven. Nicer pics of Nevada later/2moro.



Popped up thru the sunroof for this one.


Out west distances are not measured in miles, but in hours. 1 hour away seems close. 80miles away from the nearest Mickey Deez? Nowhereville.

Beer cups are 4 x 40 days (all 'B' SuperSpice cut) & 14 days (Prolly A, could be a or b. Note to self - don't take cuts baked off ur ass.).

Right, so I had that cut that I was calling "3". It is a Shit f3, and is DONE-DIDDLEY-UN at 45 days. I've never had something that was actually done for real before 7 full. It was my first run with her, and I didn't veg, so I ended up with some little plants. Still learning


Real tight budstructure, but very low odor. There is 'something' there, like it has an effect on my sinusses on a big huff, but it's just a lil musk & maybe chocolate.




Didn't think that I'd be keeping/running this cut again, but done at 45 has to be explored. I'm not a veg guy, but maybe I'll touch a cut with a male from the batch of SSH f2's that I just dropped. Maybe not...

Is probably the worst thing that could have happened to me, garden wise right now.

In bloom, I had 3 cuts, A, B, and 3. It was mostly A, as the mom was best developed to strip down for cuts. I had only flowered the 3 previously, and that was from seed, with my momma being the re-veg. The A & B cuts were from the superspice f2 batch, and showed later than the rest of the girls in their round, so I put em back under veg schedule, and kept them to analyze for mom value. I ran the sisters with no real dramas. 14 females. Didn't take any cuts of those 14.

One of the cuts is fine. B is a real greasy, smell changing resin machine. Not much bulk, but I'm sure she'll be firesmoke.

Sorry for yelling. I flipped the mom, and she seeded herself, I figgured she was stressed, & put her to the side. That was a few days ago, and today I saw action on ALL of the cuts that are at 45 days, and some action on plants ~30 days. ~50% of the total plant space in bloom was devoted to these fukkin A cuts. AND, they make up 75% of the plants that I have vegging. AND I gave a bunch out 2 weeks ago that I have to now go tell the dood are trash and PRAY he didn't distribute any.

The Spice's had a tendency to throw nanners on stretch at the nodes. Really roughed up, or overcooked, the grandma would push a male cluster mid-late-way late flower. The selected cross from the SSH male mating was pretty much rock solid, as were the ~30+ sisters that I saw from seed, ~10 of which I ran as clones, too. None of them were anywhere near as sensitive as their mom. I would have never ran so many if there were an issue.

Of the 14 superspice f2's (inbred 1x) from seed, I noticed I think 1 or 2 plants push clusters at nodes on stretch, and another 1 or 2 push bananas late, but I took everything 10+ weeks, with some plants going pretty overcooked. I didn't at all anticipate an issue with either of these 2 cuts.

Lesson learned. 1+ lb lesson (not figguring for lost time/footprint space...) :^/
All cuts get tested AS CUTS before they get relied upon to produce/fill the room.

Happy thoughts. B cut @ 45 days. Went from mango to skittles now it's transitioning to a wet haze phaze. Prolly ~2+ more weeks but this one is in a small pot. Cut will prolly be done ~10wks in the 2 gallons. NO NANNERS, lol




Well, I guess I'll have a BUNCH of bubble from those A's anyway.

Oh, and I got my 4 x 12 phresh filter, and it's SMALL, but doing the trick. My buddy gave me some llama guano in a burlap sack to try out for tea. I'll get pix up 2moro.

Well look at it this way, you are gonna have so fine ass bubble to make. Herms suck when they drop pollen over you whole room. Have you been planing your out door? I can't wait to see some trees in full sun light.

SivaSiva, I sort of lukked out that these didn't go off & destroy the whole room. I'ma still have a nice sized pull coming. It's just going to hurt for a minute, cause I took far and away the most cuts from the "A" plant. I also fukked around, and while I was sticking a dozen or so "B" cuts, I was all stoned and realized that I was chopping off of the A plant for some of them. That whole round is sort of up in the air. I THINK that I have ~7 "B's", but I won't be sure till I flower the round. I know that I have a B mom, and 2 big rooted 3 cuts.

I'm thinking that I will run cuts of whatever I have for indoors outside here. I'm working with this B & the super fast 3 right now. I just dropped my last 5 Spicy Mudd (Spice mom, MissMud dad) looking for a purple indica leaner, and I have 10 sprouted sshf2's in the dirt. I'd like to find another black pepper plant in these f2's, but I'm open to selecting the best of the females, just to have another SSH selection in the garden. I also have packs of Nordle & MasterKaze on the way. If I have the time/space, I would like to run at least a few of those under the big halide in the sky. Right now I don't really have the ability to grow an outdoor tree, but BELIEVE me, I'm looking to move to where I can just as soon as I can

manivelle - I just downloaded that program, and will mess around with it later today. I'll let you know, but I bet I like it. HAS to be better than working with paint
