Have been moving plants outside during the day and its pretty humid around here this time of year. Is this mold and if so what should I do?

Bugs- if you look close you can see the biting/grazing pattern. Someone may be able to give you the specifics on what bug, but I would meticulously inspect the entire plant, ideally with a magnifying glass, looking for any bugs.

i would think thips from the damage being caused
no offence but id never go from outside to inside unless it was a balcony highrise the benifit of the sun isnt so great when you consider the pests out there EDIT : if you have any full time indoors you better get some nemotodes however you spell them get them under control and gone before its too late |

same damage im getting from thips as we speak , never seen mite damage , thought mites ate theaf matter not sucked on it like thrips , looks in the pics like the snail like trails left behind from thrips too
i see thrips top and bottom of leaves but as L33t said inspect them and see what it is , if your eyesight is as good as mine you wont need any tools , i can even see larva in the soil i just applied some nemotodes so hopefully as i was told from the supplier ill be ok in 24 to 48 hours oh and the write up he showed me says they do mites as well as hundreds of other lil bastards |

there is a possibility that it could be thrips as mites and trips make similar patterns/spots on the leaves but thrips patterns/spots are of a Silver-white color while this is not the case with mites
So from the above pics it looks like mites not thrips Also the middle lead (most affected) in the second pic looks like mite damage to me and not like thrip damage it is important to first make a correct diagnosis of the problem and then act.
