What would you do?
Hoping to have some fun with this... but it could go either way...

Heck yeah, go for it.
 That looks like a very nice spot for a garden. If you're up north and going to flower there, I'd wait until I have a min 12 Hrs of light during the day though so ya don't stress the plants much.

hi mate
good idea, I would suspend some white plastic between window and living room to leave 2m depth or so, it would give beter reflexion as your walls are dark. Is the window blur or is it just the fog ? because it could be a good idea to put so transparent bluring stuff on the windows just in case. maybe not to good idea to leave some males in the area to produce seeds as the space will be just next to your living room. good luck bonbolos

I once grew 12+- bagseed in a similar location - 3rd floor, s & w corner windows @ about 58N lat. Grew all summer but never flowered. Had the windows covered with wax paper since the appt. faced a street cor. They were bushy enough but stretched to 7ft. Came home after work one day and noticed they were plainly obvious even thru the wax paper. Cropped that night. fwiw.
 oh yeah, I was surprised the neighbours didn't complain about the aroma.

Hi guys, thanks for having some fun and sharing your thoughts...
The space is a commercial one. It is storefront that is supposed to be my laboratory, clean area and smoke area. I wanted to put a section for my herbarium work and have a space for some mom's and dad's... I just see the natural light coming through the window and start to ich. Mooner, ultimately I think you are correct and it would not be a good idea... Especially as my space is street level... but there is a 1000 sq of usable space that does not have any vegging or blooming plants and I start imagining the possibilities and my hydro bills... If I did bloom in the store window, I would put a light rail to supplement daytime lighting or extend it... But I will run into security issues and the window would look like E.T. 24/7, lol! well since there is really lil height restriction i say grow some hazes if thats your thing...if not then u could grow some massive indica's...peace
