much thanks man , well pretty flowers , running water ,, good vibes , what more do we need ?? just getting prepared for more planting , its a 50/50 chance thing i think , but im keen to roll the dice rather than kick myself later for missed opportunities ... im hoping the monsoon finishes as it should at the end of march , and theres no further south easterlies to bring in highland drizzle , it happens often , so im game to chance it .. |

Just a small picture less update , they will come soon ..
darn hot out there , really hot and humid in the fields so ive weeded , dug out the trenches onto nice mounds , and planted on them , bit of mulch on top , not enough for all though by the looks .. the young ens are loving it so far , and i expect will perform well if the weather we are getting continues .. didnt want to take any pics till its looking good again ,, bit of a mess till ive finished planting ... ohh the new area the i direct sowed ,, has grown back ,, well at least a third of it , saves on planting i guess ... quite a few nice reveged plants around that look to be nice bud ... |

Hi Mr. D...
I hope all is well. Time for a siesta in the cool part of the day .When you have a second, I would love to hear your observations on direct sowed seeds to cuttings. For example is yield better or quality, or is it just a matter of a little less labour in early stages? As always, very interested and humbled by your insight. One day Mr Mallard it will be all sunshine... Respect brother, CM |

just cant get into it .. The clone vs seed is an easy one , i dont use clone s at all out there , just not viable without being able to give extra lighting to extend days , max day length is 13 hrs .. I have done them before , but i wayyyy prefer the vigour of seed ... |

Thanks for the thought. I figured it was not to hard pressing but the lighting makes sense, vigor too. I would love to flower a plant in one place, start to finish and not mess with its root system. One, CM |
