biological clones indefinite storage?

just wondering if we can draw from these discussions and build a biological model for the indefinite storage of biologically important plants cells.

beit pollen or un-fertilized ova cells, or specifically fertilized female and male ova.

it is only my opinion that a plant once fertilized can be preserved in a fertilized/un-fertilized , 1 -2 cell stage, of which the fertilized specimen can be determined.

i mean we can store pollen n seeds, why rely on the next big tech to get a step ahead?

I know this is not exactly what you ask, but some people will soon sell clones in the mail. kind like cloud computing, if you spread the genes far and wide chances are they never die.
