MNS auctions FAQ

Dear All,

Wishing you all a Happy New Year!
Another month of auctioning and it seems that the auction system is working itself now.
Most members seem to have worked out a system that functions for them.
The monthly time frame is appreciated as we can combine and do collective shipping.

We did change some points for the better. Please read the following below very carefully

IMPORTANT CHANGE
All future post, concerning auctions will be sent by registered mail, this means you have to sign for this to receive. If you do not want this, auction items will be send by
“normal” post but will be at your own risk if not arriving.
MNS does take responsibility of all auctions being processed and sent , however MNS does not take responsibility for these auction items not arriving as they are “one off”auction items.
We have discovered that in some countries registered mail arrives fine while “normal “ does not always arrive.

So all auction win prices are included registered mail, track and traceable online from now on.

Auctions shipped together will be possible and will not be charged extra.
Auction items are exclusive of any member or medical discounts.

For all to be clear about currency format the common represents a decimal place.
Sometimes bidding from a mobile phone does not allow such format and so always try if it does not recognize, try to bid from a computer.
Please enter the numbers with a dot and not a comma, for example:
31.00
120.00
150.50

Another question that rises a lot from members is, in how much time does a winning auction need to be paid?
We allow 1 month from the closure of the auction or else you need to make specific arrangements with Simone after you receive the mail informing you of the winning bid.

Just to remind you again, we have now the option to check for yourselves if your payment is received or not.
After you log in please go to "Buying" tab and click on "Auctions you won".

“Pay now” means we have not received your payment yet or we still processing it
“Paid” means we received your payment.

Please allow 3 to 7 working days to process.

howdi , ive stayed up all night to buy la nina and another one and theyve went well over retail price who ever they are theyve to much money get the retail price before you bid and mess it up for me whos on a budget ,can you simone not put retail price next to sale so the pot miilionares can see cheers im off to bed with no bids now thanks too much money.

After losing many of the auctions i finally won 2 today, i got a pack of Earlyskunk and a pk of ASH for 60 euro inc p&p, well chuffed!! A good start to the new year!

Hi. I wanna buy some Afghan Haze beans but I don't really wanna register on the auction site. Is there any way round this? Security, paranoia etc etc. I'd just rather pay yous the cash, get the beans and job done! Is this possible?

listen , i answered your question , its also been answered a ton of times in the past , pm shanti or simone and ask for the list and prices

and stop being a complete prick/troll when someone is trying to HELP
